About Idaho Pacific Corporation.
Idaho Pacific Corporation, located in Ririe, ID, was formed in 1987. The manufacturing facility was originally built in 1971 by a group of local farmers who envisioned utilizing potato dehydration as a way to create value-added products. Today, over 50 years later, we are still producing high-quality dehydrated potato products for ingredient usages and a wide foodservice products line up.
Although the basic technology remains the same, over the years we have invested in modernizing our factory to include state-of-the-art processing equipment. We have implemented rigorous food safety and employee safety programs to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers and to provide a safe work environment for our team members. The Ririe, ID location remains the corporate headquarters of Idaho Pacific Holdings, the parent company of Idaho Pacific Corporation and our family of potato dehydration operations.

The rich soils in the Idaho Snake River plain, abundant water supply, and ideal climate provide optimal growing conditions to produce the highest quality potatoes. The main varieties grown in Idaho are Russet varieties such as Burbank, Norkotah, Ranger and others. These varieties have storage qualities that allow for a reliable supply throughout the year.
